Mr. Attique Ahmed is the founder and CEO of Synergy Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. Passionate about technology, music and home automation, he has helped the company go from strength to strength and continues to nurture its growth. He is a result oriented leader who believes passionately in technologies which empower the Customer Experience. With over 20 years of experience in the Audio/ Video industry and expertise in Mechanical Engineering, he provides the Synergy Team with a unique outlook on the smart solutions.

Ahmad Abbas

Custom Installation Manager

Ahmad Abbas is an expert in the field of installation and custom integration. His 19 years of extensive experience in installation and programming allows him to identify the critical path issues and develop mitigation actions to ensure on-time delivery. Ahmad has the ability to think on his feet helping Synergy team to run its operations smoothly while meeting the deadlines. Driven by pure love for technology, he has broadened his skills set by acquiring AMX Control System Programming.”

Nadeem Abbas

Manager Accounts & Finance

Nadeem Abbas is a highly accomplished finance professional with extensive financial, operational and asset management experience. He joined Synergy after serving the prestigious Porsche Pakistan, a leading name in the auto industry today. He joined Synergy in 2010, and played a key role in stabilizing operational and financial procedures. Nadeem has vast experience is developing accounting and finance infrastructures, inventory control and payroll systems, defining revenue streams, profit margins; and management of accounting data to prepare annual and quarterly financial reports.

Dildar Hashmi

Manager Projects

Dildar Hashmi is a key point of contact for clients and provides both pre- and after-sales services advice. He liaises regularly with clients to ensure that all installations and integrated technology is giving optimal output. After acquiring his degree in Bachelors of Technology from Preston University, he joined the professional world and handled several national and international projects. Dildar is a passionate technology specialist who joined Synergy in 2008; his passion for technology has only grown in Synergy. Dildar manages a dependable network of highly qualified, field-based, on-site and client relationship management team. With dedicated 24/7 helpline accessible to our customers, we are equipped to meet the expectations of mission critical installations. Putting over one and half decade of experience to best use and he continues to develop strong bonds with clients and deliver quality after sales services.

Mohammad Asif Hayat

Manager Logistics & IT Coordinator

Asif Hayat truly embodies a computer expert. Asif single handedly managed PPN (Porsche Partnership Network) and trained the Porsche Pakistan team where he previously held the position of Network Administrator. With Masters in Computer Sciences and other specialization in web designing, graphic designing and other certifications in the related field, Asif is in charge of the Synergy IT department, the constant up-gradation and training of important softwares. His role as IT manager is crucial to business continuity and success since Synergy relies heavily on business soft-wares and tools for inventory management and control system, client data base management and more.

Baeed Khan

Manager After-Sales

Our continuous success has made Synergy a benchmark in the Pakistani market. Representing some of the world’s finest brands in Audio/ Video and home automation means we need to have a strong technical team. That’s where Baeed Khan and his team come in. Baeed holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics technology with specialization in engineering and related certification in electrical engineering. His extensive experience in electrical engineering and association with organizations like Mega Group of Companies, qualifies him as a senior repair specialist. Baeed is in charge of the Synergy Services Center and specializes in repair and maintenance of all audio / video products. Baeed and his team are equipped to provide 24/7 services to our clients with excellent feedback

Imran Kardar

Brand Manager

To say Imran Kardar is just a brand manager at Synergy is an understatement. With over a decade of professional experience, Imran has been a stepping stone for synergy. He ensures that the products, services and product lines all fall under their domain and is well resonated with current and potential customers. He continually monitors marketing trends, regular client and senior management meetups. He’s a mentor to a team of young individuals and regularly oversees them. He also in charge of managing and developing driving market growth.

Sharmeen Fatima Sheraz

Design Executive – Interior

Sharmeen Fatima Sheraz commenced her career with Synergy since 2017. Her undivided attention to her work and yearning to learn has landed her an important role within the interior design department. In her short time with synergy Sharmeen has had the privilege to go for training seminars from our prestigious partners in Italy. Her aesthetical insights prove vital to her work contributions; especially in designing wardrobes and kitchens.

Faran Ali

Business Development Manager

With his passion and deep understanding of development, Faran Ali drives Synergy’s Business Development and Architectural Lighting sector. Faran did his MBA from University of Leicester. Having six years of professional experience, overseas and locally, he is an expert in the field. He cares deeply about customer and partner engagement and is focused on aligning Synergy’s processes to ensure an outstanding experience. He is constantly working on ways to upgrade operations by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of its revenue generating customer and partner facing teams.

Amna Hanif

Application Engineer

Amna Hanif is Synergy’s hands down the go to person for any technical dilemma. Amna did her Electrical Telecommunication Engineering degree and since 2016 she has been a part of the Synergy clan. Her job curtails, but not limited to maintaining, designing and application of technology products relating to the computing aspect of Synergy’s operations. Apart from that she arranges pre and post sales meeting with clients to provide them with in-depth support of the products.

Ammar Khan

Design Executive

Ammar Khan has been with synergy for almost five year, currently working as Synergy’s Design Executive. His Architecture aids him in planning and directing all aspects of synergy’s product design, objectives, and initiatives. Ammar oversees development of new products and improvements to existing products or product lines. He stays abreast of trends in the field and ensures that all products meet the strategic goals of the organization.

Sehar Batool

Office Coordinator

Organization isn’t about perfection; it’s about efficiency, reducing stress and clutter, saving time and money and improving overall quality of work or life. This is where Sehar Batool comes in; Synergy’s office coordinator. Having similar work experience in past, Sehar has rearranged structure of office management at Synergy in extremely short time. She is truly efficient in maintaining decorum and dealing with day to day activities.

Taimoor Bhatti

Product Consultant

Taimoor is a growth-focused professional with hands-on experience leading cross-functional staff, projects, and resources to attain desired business outcomes. His past experiences in marketing and sales have proven his ability to “turn around” underperforming business units by expanding market reach, product enhancement and product awareness. Taimoor is skilled in managing all facets of customer service, sales, employee relations, vendor relations, purchasing, finance, and accounting with full P&L accountability.

Nadeem Shafique

Assistant Manager Projects

Nadeem is responsible for planning & managing project activities and resources to ensure on time delivery, within budget, to scope and to the required quality standard. Developing project plans, documentation, and regular status reports, in addition to communicating them with all project stakeholders. Proactively identify and resolve issues, conflicts, and scope changes, while managing costs to ensure maximum project profitability.

Mujahid Iqbal

Sales & Application Engineer (IBAS)

Mujahid is the ideal employee. His goals are aligned with company’s vision and culture. He is a highly motivated, confident and result focused Sales Engineer who is a master of all trades. He has great organizational and leadership skills and he has an extensive experience of identifying the needs of corporate customers. He runs and delivers sales and marketing campaigns. He has significant record of achievements in his line of work.

Junaid Ahmed

Admin & HR Executive

Junaid has been working with synergy technologies since 2015. Having completed his master in business administration, Junaid is now efficiently handling and performing variety of tasks for company including administration, human resources work, customer services, handling Synergy’s miscellaneous affairs like official audits and inspections, taxations and billings, logistics and freight, accounts and recovery etc. Having varied experience of multinational companies in past Junaid is expert in his field and aligning the quality work to ensure the smooth operations and execution of official work and facilitating the valuable clients of company in a variety of ways.

Qamar Saeed

Portfolio Manager | Systems Integration

Qamar graduated from UET specializing in Electronics Engineering. He develops and implements investment strategies for individuals or institutions. His position at Synergy is highly technical. Qamar’s 8 years of professional experience aids him when dealing with clients. He ensures that customers are served well throughout the product lifecycle and even after. Qamar provides clients with post-installation and integration support. This involves troubleshooting, updating and general maintenance of the system.

Haseeb Tanveer

Sales Engineer

Haseeb did his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi. Working as a Sales Engineer, Haseeb bridges the gap between the clients and the company, and makes sure they are served professionally with all the minor and major details taken care of. His primary role is to mold our custom design expertise as per the requirements of the client. He is a key point-of-contact for all prospects and makes sure they are served well throughout the product lifecycle.
