Nadeem is responsible for planning & managing project activities and resources to ensure on time delivery, within budget, to scope and to the required quality standard. Developing project plans, documentation, and regular status reports, in addition to communicating them with all project stakeholders. Nadeem proactively identifies and resolves issues, conflicts, and scope changes, while managing costs to ensure maximum project profitability.

Jazib oversees projects across all closed sales, ensuring that every detail from sourcing and proposals to execution and final delivery—is handled with precision. His responsibilities also include generating and nurturing new leads, supporting ongoing client engagements, maintaining sales records, and keeping our clients updated on the latest product introductions to the Pakistani market.
With a background in Design & Project Sales and extensive industry experience, Jazib brings creativity, technical expertise, and a client-first approach to every project.
