Taking the brief a step further, Synergy’s hospitality solutions have made Nishat the first hotel to incorporate complete state of the art automation.

The mesmerizing architecture and interior are a perfect representation of modern classic luxury hotel. The guests are captivated as soon as they enter. The hospitality areas are equipped with centralized management systems, Lutron lighting control systems and high quality in wall speakers. All of these and more combine to create a warm and welcoming ambiance whether you are in the restaurant, pool area or in the lobby. It is also the first hotel to feature public address system in the hospitality areas.

Offering guests a beautiful array of elegant rooms and suites that have been recently furnished to the highest standards. All rooms are impeccably maintained with many modern amenities such as Room Management System, allowing guests to adjust lightings, air-conditioning preferences; call for room service and more all at the touch of a button. This smart system also remembers the preferred settings, enhancing the experience. Nishat is also the first hotel to introduce HD IPTV systems in rooms allowing guests to enjoy the cinematic experience with HD quality movies or view hotel and billing information.

However its conference room presented with the main challenge; where the interior eliminated our options for a normal projector. Synergy’s design and installation team used a short-throw projector at precise installation points to ensure best picture quality. The retractable projector is completely concealed when not in use. Innovative techniques and technologies were used to overcome any challenges the site presented.

Today Nishat Hotel is making waves in the hospitality industry for its perfect ambiance.
